owned by a locate couple who maintain a warm and friendly attitude
in each aspect of their business. Camille, Calvin and their
qualified Lacombe staff offer numerous different equipment, a free
weight center and workout area. Walking the treadmill or spinning on
a bike you overlook the pool through a wall of glass which is great
for Moms who can send the kids to Toonie swim and get their workout
while watching them. Programs to fit your goals can be arranged.

Lacombe Cheney Karate Studio
With firm but gentle coaching Geri and Bruce Butler run a tight
ship for all ages of people that want to know and understand self
defence style karate. Classes have caught on with great vigor in
Lacombe and the Butlers have just been approved for the go ahead to
start on their own studio which will be located on the College
grounds. Classes include adult only, as well as mixed where many
parents become involved as they see their children enjoy this
healthy activity.
